What days are the appointments?
I work on Monday at Clementine Churchill Hospital. I work on Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Syon Clinic (depending on the week). I occasionally may do additional clinics so please contact us if you can only make a specific day or time.
Can I Self - Pay for services?
I accept all patients who are self-paying. An initial consultation fee is £250, and the follow up fees are £150. Packages and options are available if you decide to proceed with surgical treatment - you can discuss this further with our team. Financing options are also available through the Self-pay Office.
I have insurance - am I able to come and see you?
I am fully registered, and fee-assured, with the majority of major insurance providers. These include Aviva, Bupa, Axa, WPA, Vitality, General & Medical, and Cigna Healthcare. If you would like to see me and you have insurance with these providers, you can ask your insurance company directly for a referral code, and you can book in to see me either directly through your insurance company, through circle health or via my secretary.
I have had treatment and/or scans elsewhere? Are you able to access them?
Before your initial consultation, we will send you a registration link where you can upload any documents and let us know of any treatment you've had elsewhere. We can see all scans taken at Circle Health hospitals. All scans from other hospitals can be requested electronically in advance of the appointment. We also send a pre-clinic questionnaire so we can be sure that we are fully aware of any prior treatments before your appointment.
I need help with payment / I have a billing query?
All my billing is handled by a company called Medserv. They should be able to answer most of your queries regarding payment and billing. You can click on the tab to get their phone number and email address.
